I made it all the way to the payment page, but something about it just felt off. Maybe I was reading between the lines too much, but it didn’t give me the confidence to enter my card info, so I backed out instead.

They got one of my items wrong, but everything else was fine

I had an issue with my order and felt a bit stupid for trusting it would be handled smoothly. It took a few messages and some chasing before support finally sorted it out. They did fix it in the end, but the waiting around was frustrating.

I ordered from burchda.eu and, to be fair, the tracking did work. It just wasn’t super clear at the start, and I was kind of unsure whether I was reading it right or if nothing was actually happening.

For a few days, it kept showing the same update, so I wasn’t really sure if the parcel had moved or was just sitting somewhere. Then, all of a sudden, the tracking changed and the package arrived not too long after that.
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just a bit unclear while waiting. I’d probably give it 3 stars because it got here in the end, but the tracking could definitely be easier to follow.

So I had a problem with my bike battery after a few months, which was kind of annoying because I’d been using the bike a lot and didn’t really expect that. I reached out to warranty support, and they got back to me in about two days, which felt reasonable. They ended up sending the replacement part out, and yeah, it took a little longer than I was hoping, but in the end they did fix the issue, so I can’t complain too much. Overall, decent experience

I wasn’t really a fan of how the pricing was laid out, it felt kinda unclear. I only noticed the extra charge later on… maybe I missed it, sure, but stuff like that should be a lot more obvious before you get to checkout

I asked for a refund give me a break, it turned into such a headache. The replies took forever, and when I did hear back, I still didn’t get a straight answer. I had to keep chasing them over something that should’ve been simple. Really frustrating experience, and I won’t be ordering from burchda.eu again
